1. Reflect on three everyday tasks.
Try each Day 7 role play, then note how much help you used. Repeat an example whenever it helps.
| Task | What to try | Used the example | Needed a small prompt | From memory |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Meet someone | Greet them, say your name and ask theirs. Finish with “Mucho gusto.” |
|
|
|
| Order a drink | Ask for coffee, tea or water. Answer “¿Algo más?” and say thank you. |
|
|
|
| Ask and clarify | Ask where the station or bathroom is. For an unclear reply, ask for repetition. |

This is a practice check, not a fluency or proficiency test. Keep your notes for yourself; you do not need to submit them. The same table is on page 4 of the free plan.
Mostly “used the example”?
That is a normal place to be after one week. Repeat the dialogue that felt hardest, reading both roles, before you try another lesson.
Mostly “small prompt”?
Cover the Spanish and recall one line at a time. Revisit the same phrases on another day.
Some “from memory”?
Keep those phrases warm with a quick review, and add one new phrase from a free lesson.
2. Choose two phrases for next time.
Pick phrases for a situation you expect to use. Write their meanings, then set a small practice slot. Use paper, your notes or the planner.
| My situation | your situation |
|---|---|
| Phrase 1 and its meaning | your phrase |
| Phrase 2 and its meaning | your phrase |
| Next practice date or time | your date |
Situation: ordering a drink.
Un café, por favor.
A coffee, please.
¿Puede repetir, por favor?
Can you repeat, please?

Optional · planned support
Would guided practice help?
Some learners want live role play or feedback. We are planning optional paid support, such as a small-group conversation course, a practice membership and a toolkit of extra practice materials.
These options are planned and not yet available. There is nothing to buy, no dates are set and booking is not open. You can read what is proposed and ask a question without joining a mailing list.
A possible fit.
You want a chance to practise a task with other people and hear feedback on it.
Before deciding.
When an option opens, check the dates, who leads it, what is included, the full price and the terms.
Questions about a planned option? Use the contact form and choose the topic “A planned course, toolkit or membership”.
No promotional emails. Completing a task or visiting this page starts no emails. If you asked for the plan by email, you only receive the three follow-ups if you ticked that optional box, and each one has an unsubscribe link.
