Proposed team service

Spanish for teams, one short task at a time.

Explore practical beginner Spanish for colleagues who meet Spanish-speaking guests or customers. Start with a free task together, then tell us what your team needs.

Team delivery is still being planned. Availability depends on discovery conversations, paid pilots and confirmed delivery capacity.

Start with the interactions that matter.

Greet and introduce

Practise a simple first exchange with a guest.

Ask for clarification

Request repetition when a reply is unclear.

Choose one workplace task

Pick a guest interaction your team would like to rehearse.

For adult beginners. Workplace-specific dialogues and specialist requirements would need separate review.

Who it may suit.

A possible fit

  • Small teams of adult beginners who meet Spanish-speaking guests, such as hospitality or tour-service staff.
  • Colleagues who want a short, shared practice slot rather than a long course.
  • A manager or sponsor who can name one or two useful guest interactions.

Not a fit

  • Interpreting, or medical, legal or safety-critical language.
  • Teams that need a formal qualification or a set language level.
  • Children or school groups.

Try a free team task.

Practise a short introduction in pairs. A general beginner sample, not a workplace script.

SpanishEnglish
A: Hola. Me llamo Ana.A: Hello. My name is Ana.
B: Me llamo Sam. Mucho gusto.B: My name is Sam. Nice to meet you.
A: Mucho gusto.A: Nice to meet you.
A: ¿Puede repetir, por favor?A: Can you repeat, please? (if a reply is unclear; polite singular)
Bienvenidos.Welcome. (to a group)
Un momento, por favor. One moment, please.

To welcome one person, say Bienvenido to a man or Bienvenida to a woman; the ending matches the guest.

Read both roles.

Check the English, then say the Spanish lines aloud with a colleague.

Cover one line and try it.

Use the English meaning to say the line in Spanish.

Switch roles and check.

Use your own names. If a reply is unclear, practise the repetition request.

Quick self-check.

Planning assumptions · not available to book

The planned team pilot.

Our business plan proposes a small, scoped pilot for teams, agreed in writing after a discovery conversation. Nothing is booked and no team has taken part yet.

Read about the planned pilot

Share the need.

One guest interaction, a starting point and likely participation.

Check the fit.

Goals, available time, delivery capacity and scope.

Agree a pilot.

Seats, hours, fee, dates and data handling, in writing.

Review and decide.

Look at participation and task attempts, then adapt, stop or discuss next steps.

Later standard serviceProposed only after paid pilots: a planned $1,000 a month per team, with a set number of learner seats, four live practice clinics a month, workplace practice modules and a manager participation report.
Proposed commitmentA 12-month agreement billed monthly, if pilots show it is useful.
Not yet setSeat numbers (the planning documents give 20 to 24), clinic length, facilitators, dates and content.

Planning assumptions only. Final scope, price, terms and availability would need validation and a written agreement. No employer results have been verified.

Participation and privacy come first.

  • Learning records: only the contact and learning information a pilot needs.
  • Manager reporting: report fields, recipients and retention agreed before any pilot.
  • Recordings and public examples: only with separate, explicit consent.

For a first enquiry, share a general team need. Staff names, rosters and performance records are not needed. Read the Privacy Policy.

Interested in a scoped pilot?

Tell us about one interaction your team would like to practise. A message starts a conversation; it does not book anything.

Discuss your team’s needs

On the contact page, choose the topic “Spanish for a team”. Or first read about the planned pilot.

Practice, not a promise. These tasks help you rehearse everyday Spanish at your own pace. Individual progress varies; nothing here promises a level, a qualification or a fixed learning speed. How we write and check our Spanish
