How we write and review

What you would practise.

Practical tasks for common everyday situations, starting from the same phrases as the free plan.

Start a conversation.

Greet someone, say your name and ask theirs: Hola. Me llamo Ana. ¿Cómo te llamas?

Handle a simple everyday task.

Order a drink or ask where something is: Un café, por favor. ¿Dónde está la estación?

Ask for clarification.

Ask for repetition or slower speech: ¿Puede hablar más despacio, por favor?

This is task practice, not a fluency programme or an accredited qualification.

Proposed curriculum

A four-week practice outline.

Each week would focus on a practical communication task, with feedback to help you notice useful corrections.

WeekPractice focusExample task
Week 1Greetings, introductions and asking for helpSay your name, ask a name and ask someone to repeat.
Week 2Ordering and answering simple questionsTry the café dialogue, then change the drink.
Week 3Everyday questions and clarifying a misunderstandingAsk where something is and ask for clarification.
Week 4Combine, revisit and reflectTry short role plays and choose what to practise next.

Planned format: two one-hour live group sessions each week. The final teaching sequence and schedule have not been set.

What the planned course includes.

  • Eight one-hour live group sessions, two a week.
  • Four feedback cycles, totalling 30 minutes per learner across the four weeks (not per week).
  • Access to the Spanish Starter Toolkit, included in the price.
  • A short practical task at the start and at the end, so you can compare how you handle the same kind of situation. It is a practice check, not a test.

Your time commitment.

  • About 15 minutes of practice a day.
  • Two live hours each week.
  • At least 8 confirmed learners and at most 12 in each group.

Our plan proposes that if a group does not reach eight learners, buyers would be offered a refund or a clearly agreed later date. Those terms have not been approved yet.

The $39 monthly membership is a separate, optional purchase. It does not start automatically, and our plan says no membership charge would apply during your course month. Do not buy toolkit access again if the course already includes it.

Proposed feedback approach

How feedback is intended to help.

Feedback is meant to support your practice, one useful point at a time.

Try one task.

Share the agreed practice task, for example ordering a drink.

Review a specific point.

Receive one useful correction rather than a long list.

Try again.

Repeat the task and choose a phrase to revisit.

How you would submit a task, how quickly feedback would come back and how support would work have not been decided.

Dates, coach and full terms are not confirmed.

No start date, session days or times, time zone or live platform have been confirmed. No coach has been appointed, so we cannot tell you who would teach the course or what their background would be. Booking is not open, and there is no checkout on this site.

Before any booking opens, we would need to publish the schedule, the coach, the minimum-group arrangement, payment and tax details, and approved cancellation and refund terms.

Frequently asked questions.

Is the toolkit included?

Yes. Toolkit access is part of the planned course, so you would not need to buy the standalone toolkit as well.

Does a membership start with the course?

No. The membership is a separate optional purchase and never starts automatically.

Are dates and a coach confirmed?

No. Dates, session times, the coach and the live platform have not been confirmed, and booking is not open. These details and the approved terms must be published before any booking opens.

Will I be fluent in four weeks?

No fluency outcome is promised. The course is planned as practice for a few everyday interactions, and individual progress varies.
