Proposed employer pilot
A planned Spanish pilot for small teams.
Explore a scoped beginner Spanish pilot for adult staff. Start with a free planning brief, then agree tasks, time, fee and data handling before any start date.
A later phase of our plan. No pilot is booked, and facilitators, fee and dates are not confirmed.
Planned · enquiries only
What the pilot is meant to be.
Our business plan and proposals describe a paid, scoped pilot for a small team of adult beginners. It would focus on one defined workplace use case, such as greeting guests and asking for repetition. Sponsor, goals, seats, hours and budget would be agreed through a discovery conversation before anything starts.
One defined task
A small set of basic guest interactions, not general workplace Spanish.
About four weeks
The business plan assumes a four-week pilot; the schedule would be agreed per team.
Small adult teams
Initially imagined for US hospitality and tour-service teams.
The pilot does not cover interpreting or regulated professional language, and it does not promise a language level for staff. No pilot has run and no employer results exist yet.
A free planning brief before you enquire.
Use these five prompts for your own planning. Sharing your answers is optional.
Choose one interaction.
What would your staff like to say in Spanish?
Name a sponsor.
Who can confirm the goal, the learning time and the decision process?
Estimate participation.
How many adult learners, in which time zones, and what time is available?
Choose what to observe.
Which task attempts, participation and learner feedback would be useful?
Note the budget decision.
What budget can be discussed, and who approves it?
| Goal | Greet a guest and ask for repetition. |
|---|---|
| Task | A short greeting exchange: Hola, buenos días. Bienvenidos. and ¿Puede repetir, por favor? |
| Observation | Whether each learner used the example, a small prompt or memory. |
| Next step | Choose one phrase to revisit. |
Proposed scoping items
What we would agree before a pilot.
| Learning goal | A defined everyday interaction and reviewed practice tasks. |
|---|---|
| Participants | The number of adult learners and their starting point. |
| Delivery | Hours, working-hour fit, session format, facilitator, dates and time zones. |
| Fee and terms | Pilot fee, payment, cancellation and refunds, in writing. |
| Review measures | Agreed participation and task observations, plus learner feedback. |
| Data handling | Record fields, report recipients, access, retention and any separate recording choices. |
| Follow-up | Whether, and how, we may contact the sponsor after the pilot. |
Beginner language practice only. Workplace-specific content would need separate review.
Keep the review practical.
Participation
Sessions attended against the sessions agreed.
Task attempts
The agreed tasks tried and the help needed.
Learner feedback
What was useful and what should change.
These are proposed measures for discussion. A small pilot would support a decision; it would not prove results for other teams.
Fee, schedule and readiness.
| Pilot fee | Planned at $600 per four-week pilot in our business plan. This is a planning figure, not a quote; any fee would be agreed in writing after discovery. |
|---|---|
| Dates | Not set. Pilots are a later phase of the plan. |
| Seats, hours and facilitator | Agreed per pilot. No facilitator has been confirmed. |
| Later team service | A separate proposal for after pilots: a planned $1,000 a month per team. See Spanish for Teams. |

Ask about a team pilot.
Use the contact form and choose the topic “Spanish for a team”. Approximate details are enough: your organisation, the interaction you would like to practise, a rough number of learners and any time or budget limits.
The form asks for your name, email, topic and message. Please do not send staff names, rosters or performance records. Sending a message does not subscribe you to anything. Read the Privacy Policy.
What happens next.

We agree the scope.
Goals, seats, hours, fee, dates, measures and data handling, in writing.
Start and review.
Only after agreement. The review helps you adapt, stop or discuss a separate next step.
Keep practising for free.
The complete plan stays open. Email delivery is optional, and follow-up emails are a separate choice.
